(as requested by the waitlist) * All puppies are kept up to date on deworming, vaccinations and flea/tick prevention. You will receive a health record form with your puppy. -deworming is given at 2,4,6, and 8 weeks of age - vaccinations at 6, 9 & 12 weeks -Heartgard Plus starting at 12-16 weeks; Frontline Plus starting at 8 weeks. *We feed our puppies 4health Original Puppy Formula premium dog food available at Tractor Supply Co. Dog Food Advisor Info *All our puppies are crate trained and age-appropriately house trained. We paper or litterbox train first (at weaning), then begin crate training and house-training. *Pups are groomed on a regular basis; they have been introduced to electric grooming clippers. They are being socialized, handled and trained on a daily basis. All puppies are raised in our home. *We offer microchipping for an additional fee of $50 payable with the deposit of $300. -Microchipping provides proof of ownership and the ability for a lost pet reunification from the moment your puppy goes home with you. -Most vets use a larger/standard-size microchip & needle; they will wait to microchip at spay or neuter. We use a mini microchip & needle (smaller than standard, meant for smaller dogs/cats, rabbits, etc.) which is nicer for the smaller dogs. Your pup will be registered from the moment they go home with you. -Our choice of a registry is no-cost so renewal fees won't prevent your information from being shared. FAQs on microchipping |
